Section 2(h) in The Assam Drugs Control Organisation Service Rules, 1994
(h)'List' means the Select list as referred to in Clause (d) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 6 and the list finally approved under Clause (a) of sub-rule (6) of Rule 12 and Clause (b) (ii) of sub-rule (6) of Rule 12.
