Section 80(c) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(c)he may be permitted to revert to the service of that University or of the State Government, as the case may be; and thereupon he shall revert to the specified by him in the notice, on the same terms and conditions of service applicable to him immediately before such commencement;
