- In the Customs Act, in section 54, in sub-section (1), -(i)for the words "the prescribed form", the words "such form and manner as may be prescribed" shall be substituted;(ii)in the proviso, for the words "the prescribed form", the words "such form and manner as may be prescribed" shall be substituted.
