05/Dated: 20.07.2023 Mr. Nipun Bakshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed by the respondents and the remaining grievances are being looked into by the respondents, hence, he may be given liberty to pursue the appropriate forum as and when required. A memo of withdrawal to that effect has been filed today which is taken on record.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Hence, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
