Section 348 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
348. Payment of proprietary allowances to share-holders.
- If a joint receipt from all the share-holders cannot be obtained, proprietary allowance may be paid separately to the individuals entitled, if there is a record of their share in general register A and if their right to receive the allowance is undisputed.
