Section 8(4)(i) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014

(i)The draft Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan shall be published in the local language three weeks prior to the public hearing and distributed to all affected Gram Panchayats and Municipal offices. One copy of the draft report shall be made available in the District Collector's office.
