Section 2(a) in U.P. Industrial Undertakings (Special Provisions For Prevention Of Unemployment) Act, 1966
(a)"industry" means any business, trade, undertaking, manufacture, or calling of employers, and includes any calling, service, employment, handicraft, or industrial occupation or avocation of workmen, and the word "industrial" shall be construed accordingly;
