(1)Every application in exercise of the revisional jurisdiction of the High Court shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the judgment and decree or order complained of, and if the order sought to be revised is an appellate decree or order or an order in a revision Application, by certified copies of the decree or order and judgment of the trial Court an grounds of appeal or revision application and cross objections, if any, in the lower appellate or revisional Court. [Pleadings of the parties and the documents on which, reliance is placed shall also be supplied alongwith such applications.
