103. Costs.
- The costs of, and incidental to, all proceedings before the authorized officer, Land Commissioner, Land Board, [xxx] [These words 'Sugar Factory Broad' were omitted by section 3(19) of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Amendment Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 41 of 1971).] Land Tribunal or other authority shall be in his or its discretion.
