Section 16(1) in The Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Rules, 2014
(1)The procedure specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 15 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, with respect to determination of title to movable property by the nominated authority in pursuance of the provisos to sub-section (5) of section 10 of the Ordinance.
