84. Pay and allowances of employees of private institutions to be paid in the prescribed manner: -
(1)The pay and allowances of any employee in a private institution shall be paid on or before such day of every month in such manner and by or through such authority, officer or person as may be prescribed.(2)The Government shall have power to direct the payment of salaries of all teachers and members of the non-teaching staff in any private aided institution or class of private aided institutions in such manner and through such agency as the Government may, by order, specify.
