Section 55 in Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
55. Status of assets and liabilities on dissolution or de-recognition.
- All assets and properties including permanent endowment fund, general fund, development fund or any other fund and also the liabilities of a Private University shall belong to the sponsoring body in case of dissolution or de-recognition of the Private University.
