Section 132(4) in Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No. 2 of 1974), all offences under this Act, except the offences referred to in sub-section (5) shall be non-cognizable and bailable.
