34. Certificate required of candidate for examination.
- Save on the recommendation of the Syndicate by special order of the Senate and subject to any Statutes and Ordinances made in this behalf, no person shall be admitted as a candidate at any University examination other than an examination for entrance, unless he produces certificate from an affiliated college or a recognized institution, as the case may be, to the effect that he has completed the course of instruction prescribed:Provided that the Senate may make Statutes exempting students or a class of students from producing such a certificate.
