1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to implead the Commissioner, State GST, Delhi as respondent No.9 and will file amended memo of parties within two weeks.
2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to release IGST to the petitioner for a sum of ₹78,29,825/- along with interest that has accrued thereon and the release of duty Signature Not Verified Signed By:JUSTICE MUKTA W.P.(C) 3614/2022 Page 1 of 2 GUPTA Signing Date:23.03.2022 19:22:35 drawback for a sum of ₹35,86,614/- and remove the alert against Importer-Exporter Code (in short, 'IEC') No.AAMCM0507D and GSTIN No.07AAMCM0507D1ZU, besides costs.
3. Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and respondent Nos.2 to 8 accepts notice.
4. On the amended memo of parties be filed, notice be issued to the newly added respondent No.9, on the petitioner taking steps through Email, SMS, Whatsapp, speed post and courier, as also through the learned Standing Counsel, returnable before this Court on 15th July, 2022.
5. Reply affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks.
6. Rejoinder affidavit in four weeks thereafter
7. List on 15th July, 2022.
