It is contended that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court rendered in LPA No.92 of 2009, titled HPSEB & others vs. Sumitra Devi, decided on 4th August, 2010. Accordingly, these writ petitions are also disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent Authority to examine the case of the petitioners in light of the judgment referred to above and make a decision within a period of four weeks from today.
