Facts:
1. Applicant submitted RTI application dated 21 January 2012 before the CPIO, MCD, New Delhi to seek information pertaining to the rules and promotion prospects governing Plaster assistant along with the number of vacant posts for Plaster Technician and seniority list as well as duties.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 6 March 2012, the RTI application was transferred to the C:PIOs of the six hospitals under MCD.
3. Appellant was provided information vide CPIO order dated 4April 2012 by the CPIO, HRH.
4. Meanwhile Appellant preferred appeal dated 21 March 2012 before the First Appellate Authority.
5. Vide FAA order dated 7 May 2012, the CPIO was directed to provide a photocopy of the recruitment rules after the appellant had deposited Rs. 4 for the information that was held in two pages.
6. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the information provided to him vide the above orders, appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.

7. Matter was heard today. Both parties as above appeared in person and made sub missions.

8. CPIO, SDNH has confirmed that he has also provided information to the appellant vide his order of 4 April 2012 regarding the post of Plaster Assistant and stated that the other hospitals do not have such post. Commission directs the CPIO, MCD to refund the amount of Rs. 4/ within one week of receipt of order. With these directions the case is closed.
