In compliance to the last order, the petitioner, namely, Lazi Ram Thakur, produced before the Court in the custody of HC Brij Lal No. 131, under supervision of ASI Nand Lal of Police Station Karsog.
It is apparent from the perusal of orders dated 04.04.2023 as well as 06.04.2023 passed by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench that the reason as to why non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner is that on the previous dates, even the learned Counsel, who was representing him, did not appear before the Court.
Be that as it may, on the verbal prayer of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail forthwith, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.
10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar (Judicial), with undertaking therein that he will appear before the Court as and when directed.
As prayed for, three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to enable him to file complete address of respondents No. ::: Downloaded on - 03/05/2023 20:59:42 :::CIS 1(a) to 1(d). On filing correct address of respondents No. 1(a) to 1(d), .
let notice be issued to them, returnable for 14.08.2023.
