Section 6H(3)(b) in U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

(b)shall be applicable to the Court establishment in Government Notification No. 18/36-2-2007-9(P.O.)/91, dated January 9, 2008 mentioned in Serial Nos. 12, 19 and 20 of the aforesaid Schedule from the date of their establishment.
