Section 12(1) in Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998
(1)Where, in any establishment or unit more than one eligible unions are functioning, any of such unions may apply to the election authority to be considered as a recognised union for such an establishment, or unit or for both as the case may be.
