Section 12(7) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(7)Subject to the Control of the Chancellor, in any emergency which, in the opinion of the Vice-Chancvellor, requires, immediate action to be taken he/she shall take such action as he/she deems necessary, and shall, at the earliest opportunity, intimate the action taken to the officer, authority or other body who or which in the ordinary course would have dealt with thematter.
