Section 27(5) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Conduct of Proceedings) Rules, 1962
(5)No business which is required under any provision of the Act or the rule made thereunder to be transacted by a special resolution shall be transacted in a meeting of a committee unless previous notice of the intention to transact such business has been given.
