Section 9(a) in Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007
(a)the population of the linguistic or religious minority community which runs the institution shall be lesser than fifty per cent of the total population of Delhi;
