Section 11(1)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018

(a)receive from the Government a one-time contribution of Rs. 500.00 lacs for a corpus fund, the income whereof shall be utilized to provide for adequate standard of living for persons with disability ;
