(7)Every declaration under sub-section (6) shall be published before the first day of April of each year immediately preceding the academic year, in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.15, Higher Education (TE) Department, dated 29.04.2015.] Gazette and in such other manner as the local authority or the Director, as the case may be, may decide:Provided that the Government may, for any good and sufficient cause, condone any delay in the publication of such declaration in any year.
