Section 30(2) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(2)A member of the Executive Council shall hold office at the pleasure of the Chief Executive Councillor or until-(a)he ceases to be member of the Council; or(b)he resigns his office in writing under his hand addressed to the Chief Executive Councillor in which case the resignation shall take effect from the date of its acceptance.
