Section 19(a) in Patna Municipal Corporation (Grant of Permission for Display of Advertisements & Similar Devices) Regulations, 2012
(a)No hoardings shall be allowed on Corporation properties except by inviting tenders. All existing hoardings will be removed at the expiry of agreement or 31.08.2008, whichever is earlier.
