Section 8(2)(b) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Arrears of Rent (Relief) Act, 1990

(b)till the 31st day of March 1992, if the cultivating tenant has paid the current rent and the first instalment of the arrears of rent within the time specified in sub-section (2) of section 7;
