Section 35 in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
35. Drawal of pay.
- (i) An officer shall be entitled to draw the pay of the post to which he is appointed from the date on which he assumes charge of the post.(ii)Pay in respect of any month shall become payable on or immediately alter the first working day of the following months.
