52. Provident Fund.
(1)The University shall institute a Provident Fund for the benefit of its employees and such provident fund shall be governed by the provisions of the Provident Fund Act, 1925.(2)The rules regulating the Provident Fund shall be such as may be provided in the Ordinances.
