18. Final selection in case of recruitment by promotion.
- The final selection of officers to be promoted shall be made by the [Government] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1901/8.12.1974.] after considering the recommendations made by the Commission under [Rule 16.] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 443/17.3.1989 SRO No. 226/89/8.3.1989.]
