Section 14(1) in The Uttarakhand Water Tax on Electricity Generation Act, 2012
(1)The Commission shall install or cause to be installed flow measuring device within,the premises of Scheme or at such other place where the Commission deems fit for purposes of measuring the water drawn for electricity generation or may adopt any indirect method for assessment of water drawn by the user.
