Section 102(a) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(a)all members of the Zila Panchayat including the Chairman shall, on a date to be specified in the order, vacate their offices as such but without prejudice to their eligibility for being elected as a member or as an Chairman under this Act.
