Section 67J(4) in The Rajasthan Excise Rules, 1956
(4)On receipt of the acceptance of the offer from the licensee [x x x] [Deleted by GSR 5, dated 1.3.1969, Published in Rajasthan Government Gazette Part IV-C (Extraordinary), dated 1.3.1969, [1-3-69].] the District Excise Officer shall, subject to such general or special directions as may be issued by the Excise Commissioner, grant the licence.
