Section 8(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
(1)Any member, not being an ex officio, may resign his office at any time by tendering resignation in writing to the Government and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office as soon as the Government accepts his resignation.
