Section 4(1) in The Bihar State Aid to Industries Rules, 1959
(1)The election of members of the Board under clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 by the Bihar Legislative Assembly and the Bihar Legislative Council respectively shall be held according to rules of the Assembly or the Council as the case may be for holding elections by means of the single transferable vote.
