Section 24 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
24. Closing hour of theatres or other places of public amusement or entertainment.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other enactment for the time being in force, no theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment shall, on any day be kept open after 12 midnight.
