Section 2(1)(iv) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(iv)Excise year means the period of twelve months commencing from the 1st October of the year and ending with the 30th September of the succeeding year.
