Section 34(2)(h) in The Delhi Preservation Of Trees Act, 1994

(h)any other manner which is to be, or may be, prescribed under this Act. (3) Every rule made by the Government under this Act, shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly.
