(a)May reverse or modify any order of any officer of the Government, passed or purporting to, have been passed under this Act, if the Government considers such order to be, -(i)Not in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; or(ii)For any reason, to be recorded in writing, inexpedient; and
