Section 16(2) in Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010
(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the [Government] [Substituted for the words 'Federal Government' by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).] for any damage caused or likely to be caused for anything which is done with due care in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.
