Section 114(1) in The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)The Government shall by notification published in the official Gazette, constitute a Tribunal to be called the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred by or under this Act upon such Tribunal.
