204. Appointment of Amins, etc. and issue of warrant.
- When the estimated costs of partition are paid an Amin or other suitable person shall be appointed to carry out the partition and the Collector shall issue a warrant of commission in his name for the purpose and supply him with all the necessary papers and information.
