Section 54(1) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)Any person desiring to retain his name in the Registrar shall pay to the Punjab Council every five years a registration renewal fee of rupees fifteen before the first day of April of the year in which his registration renewal falls due.
