(5)A nomination may, subject to the provision of sub-clause (4), be modified by a manual worker at any time after giving to the [Board, through the Labour Officer (Social Security Scheme) of the respective district,] [Substituted by G.O. Ms. No. 122, dated 24.10.2008, published dated. 31.10.2008.] a written notice in Form I of his/her intention to do so.
