3. Board of trustees and its meetings.
- The trustees of the Fund shall be the Directors of the Bank for the time being and at every meeting of such trustees, the Chairman of the Bank shall be the Chairman of the meeting and in his absence one of the Directors not being an executive officer shall be elected as the Chairman of the meeting.
