227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE
LETTER DTD.15.4.2014 (ANNEX-D) ISSUED BY THE R-2
HOLDING THE SAME AS ARBITRARY BY ISSUING A WRIT OF
CERTIORARI OR ANY OTHER WRIT OR ORDER IN THE NATURE
OF A WRIT ETC.,

     THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits it would suffice if a direction to the respondent is issued to the respondents to consider the representation to be made by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that if such a representation is made, the same would be considered sympathetically and in accordance with law and would pass appropriate orders.

2. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the respondents are directed to treat this petition itself as a representation made by the petitioner and to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from today. Additional documents, 3 if any, be supplied to the respondent. It is also made clear that the interim order stands continued till then.
