Section 26 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Act, 1999
26. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University may, by order published in the official Gazette, make such provisions not in consistent with the purposes of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
