Section 8(b) in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
(b)For sanctioning of Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme, the concerned media person will have to submit the duly filled application form, attaching along with following documents with the application to the Director, Information & Public Relation Department:-(i)Affidavit, related to work experience;(ii)Recommendation of the editor/organizer/manager of the concerned organization, where the journalist/photographer has worked;(iii)T.D.S issued by agency/organization for the verification of salary/honorarium/remuneration;(iv)Proof of not being an income tax payee (attach affidavit);(v)Any document provided by the organization to the journalist regarding remuneration;
