Learned counsels for the parties also admit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is also a subject matter of C.W.J.C. No. 16903 of 2007 and other analogous cases which are being heard along with the said writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the said batch of cases certain interim order has also been passed.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel, let this writ petition go out of my list to be placed along with C.W.J.C.No.16903 of 2007, after obtaining permission from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
